Today I’ve tried to mount my 3D printed involute teeth gears to see how do they work. Unfortunately the hole of the pinion was too tight for the step motor shaft and I had to drill it on the drill press but didn’t got a centered hole therefore is a bit wobbly and noisy. But hey it works fine for the first prototype. You can find the print files here on Thingiverse:
